$78 DOT Drug Testing
We Also Offer DOT Drug Testing which tests for the following:
This is a drug test regulated by the government – specifically, the Department of Transportation (DOT). The DOT’s drug screening rules and procedures are listed within Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 40, commonly known as “Part 40.” These rules are published by an office within the DOT: the Office of Drug & Alcohol Policy & Compliance (ODAPC). All DOT drug tests use the same 5-panel test:
- Marijuana metabolites/THC
- Cocaine metabolites
- Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA)
- Opioids* (including codeine, heroin (6-AM), morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and oxymorphone)
- Phencyclidine (PCP)
Testing is overseen by a Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and is performed by certified urine collectors and breath alcohol technicians.
$78 Breath Alcohol Testing
Pre-employment, random testing, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return duty, and follow-up breath alcohol testing is overseen by a Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) and is performed by certified breath alcohol technicians.
Why the Test is Performed?
When you drink alcohol, the amount of alcohol in your blood goes up. This is called your blood-alcohol level.
When the amount of alcohol in the blood reaches 0.02% to 0.03%, you may feel a relaxing “high.”
When that percentage reaches 0.05% to 0.10%, you have:
- Reduced muscle coordination
- A longer reaction time
- Impaired judgment and responses
Driving and operating machinery when you’re “high” or drunk (intoxicated) is dangerous. A person with an alcohol level of 0.08% and above is considered legally drunk in most states. (Some states have lower levels than others.)
The alcohol content of exhaled air accurately reflects the alcohol content of the blood.
$152 Titer Testing
What Are Titers? Titer testing requires a single blood draw and blood test results are available within 3-5 business days. Vaccinations produce antibodies that protect us from infections. Immunity is acquired when these antibodies stay in our system.
Titer Testing includes:
- Varicella,
- MMR
- Hepatitis B
A titer is a laboratory test that measures the presence and number of antibodies in the blood. A titer may be used to prove immunity to disease. A blood sample is taken and tested.
If the test is positive (above a particular known value) the individual has immunity. If the test is negative (no immunity) or equivocal (not enough immunity) you need to be vaccinated.
- MMR – Measles, Mumps, Rubella is a two-shot vaccination series received during childhood.
- Hepatitis B – a three-shot vaccination series received during childhood.
- Varicella – a two-shot vaccination series received during childhood.
Should your titer testing come back negative, we also have MMR, Hep B, and Varicella vaccinations in stock.
